Suggested Use:
Add 1 heaping tablespoon of flowers to a bowl and add 1-2 cups boiling water. Place face over bowl in the steam and cover head with a lightweight towel to hold in steam. Relax and breathe in the steam for 10-15 minutes. Follow with a cool water rinse or hydrosol. Alternately, add flowers to a foot soak or a bath.
